PrepKingz maintains commercial general liability insurance. Clients are responsible for all-risk cargo coverage on their goods.

Dry storage maintained between 10–25 °C. Not refrigerated or bonded — specialty storage requires a written addendum.

Hazmat protocols

Dangerous goods and restricted items require written pre-approval per our Terms of Service. Prohibited items are refused on arrival.

Can I visit the warehouse before committing?+
Yes. We host tours by appointment Monday to Friday, 10 AM–4 PM ET. Email prep@prepkingz.ca with your preferred date — we confirm within one business day.
Where exactly is the warehouse located?+
111 Chabanel West, Suite 629, Montreal, QC H2N 1C9 — in the heart of Montreal's logistics district, minutes from YUL Cargo and the QC/NY border crossing.
What inbound formats do you accept?+
Parcels, pallets, LTL, and full containers. Overseas suppliers can ship directly to our Montreal address — we provide receiving instructions for your ASN.
How fast do you process inbound shipments?+
With a valid ASN submitted at least 24 hours before delivery, most shipments are scanned and you are notified within one business day. Expanded piece-count QC is available at published rates.
Do you offer refrigerated or bonded storage?+
No. Our facility is dry storage between 10–25 °C. Refrigerated, bonded, or hazardous storage requires a written addendum and pre-approval.
Is the warehouse bilingual?+
Fully. Operations, support, and documentation are available in English and French — this is a Quebec-based business serving Canadian sellers in both official languages.
